28 Top Qaris, Memorizers to Take Special Quranic Course
28 Qaris and memorizers will take the course, Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Mostafa Hosseini, the head of Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization’s Quranic Affairs Center said.
He added that the course also serves as a venue for selecting the best Qaris and memorizers to be dispatched to international Quran competitions, Tasnim news agency reported.
According to Hojat-ol-Islam Hosseini, the capabilities and skills of each of the participants will be evaluated during the course and based on these evaluations, Iran’s representatives in different international Quran contests are selected.
He went on to say that the course is organized by the Quranic Affairs Center in cooperation with the Committee for Sending Quran Memorizers and Reciters to International Contests.
