According to Al-Kafeel website, Seyyed Nazar Hablulmatin, custodian of the holy shrine and a number of religious, cultural and academic figures attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition on March 22.
Sheikh Sa’d Al-Khaqani, head of the intellectual and cultural section of the holy shrine, said that publishers from Lebanon, Egypt, Iran Algeria, Syria, Jordan, France and Britain have participated at this edition of the book fair.
Lebanon and Iran, respectively with 78 and 32 representatives, have the highest number of publishers at the exhibition.
Among the publishers is the Islamic Researches Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi and the Razavi University of Islamic Sciences.
The foundation has presented more than 200 book titles on Quranic sciences, Seerah of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), Hadith, theology, Islamic beliefs and history, supplications and Arabic literature.
The international exhibition will run until March 31.
