According to the organizing committee’s information center, the 25th edition of the international Quranic event will be held from the second to 21st day of the holy month of Ramadan (May 28 to June 16).

The Iranian capital city’s Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) will host the expo.

It will host visitors from 5 p.m. to midnight every day.

Earlier this month, Abbas Nazarirad, the communications director general of the Iranian culture ministry’s Quran and Etrat Deputy, told IQNA that the expo will start on the first day of Ramadan.

There will be different sections in the exhibition, he said, including a special section titled "A Quarter- Century of Quranic Activities”, which will review the achievements of the international exhibition in the past 25 years.

Also, in special programs at the expo, three prominent figures who passed away recently, namely Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, Ayatollah Seyed Abdul-Karim Mousavi Ardebili and Ayatollah Abbas Vaez Tabasi, will be commemorated for their efforts in Quranic fields, he went on to say.

The Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually organized by the culture ministry during Ramadan.

It is aimed at promoting Quranic concepts and developing Quranic activities.
