Pilgrims at Imam Ali (AS) Holy Shrine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Millions of pilgrims are taking part in the annual Arbaeen march in Iraq, many of them beginning the journey on foot from the holy city of Najaf.
Many Shia pilgrims visit the holy shrine of Imam Ali (AS) in Najaf all year long, but especially during the Arbaeen season.
The Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine has employed all its capacities to serve the huge number of pilgrims visiting the mausoleum.
