According to al-Khaeeg website, the copy has been listed in the Guinness World Records as the smallest copy of Islam’s Holy Book.
It measures 20 by 15 by 8 millimeters, said Muhammad Saeed Karim, a scholar at King Abdul Aziz University of Jeddah.
It is on show at the city’s 4th international book fair that got underway on December 26 and will run until January 5.
The motto of this year’s book fair is “Book, Peace and Tolerance”.
Some 400 publishers from 40 countries have presented their latest books at the cultural event.
