TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Cultural Center in Serbia has launched a website to introduce the Iranians’ achievements during the 40 years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

 

 

According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), it is a part of the center’s programs to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory.

Serbian-speakers willing to visit the website can refer to http://www.iran.rs/ir40.

Available on the website is news and information, latest achievements in different fields including cinema, education, health, medical developments, innovations in Iran, videos and photos, posters and Iranian short movies. 

ICRO’s General Office of Cultural Cooperation and Iranian Affairs Abroad and the organization’s Center for Strategic Studies and Cultural Relations have cooperated in providing the contents of the website in Serbian.

The Iranian nation toppled the US-backed Pahlavi regime 40 years ago, ending the 2,500 years of monarchic rule in the country.

The Islamic Revolution spearheaded by the late Imam Khomeini established a new political system based on Islamic values and democracy.
