IHRC Chief Visits IQNA
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Head of the London-based Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) Massoud Shajareh paid a visit to the International Quran News Agency (IQNA) on Tuesday.
During the visit, he toured different parts of the news agency and learned about their activities.
Mr. Shajareh also had an interview with IQNA during the visit in which he elaborated on the activities of the IHRC and answered questions on Islamophobia in the West and the policies of Western countries aimed at spreading “American Islam” instead of true Islam.
The Islamic Human Rights Commission is a non-profit organization based in the British capital. Its stated mission is to “work with different organizations from Muslim and non-Muslim backgrounds, to campaign for justice for all peoples regardless of their racial, confessional or political background.”
