Why Did God Create Human? A Quranic Perspective
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Quran teacher and researcher Mohsen Qara’ati discusses Quranic views about the reasons behind God’s creation of human.
He refers to the philosophy of human creation according to Quran. Qara’ati mentions different reasons for why God created human, such as to worship Him, to test him, to show him mercy, and to make him know Him.
He also explains how human can achieve spiritual perfection by following God's commands, such as fasting, being pious, and fearing God.
The lecturere states that human has a great value and potential in the eyes of God, and that he should use his wisdom and intention to get closer to God.
