Translation of 1st Juz of Quran in Luxembourgish Published Online
A translation of the first Juz (part) of the Holy Quran in Luxembourgish language has been published online by the Islamic Association of Luxembourg.
According to Shoura website, the center has made the translation available on its website with the aim of fostering the culture of the Book of God in cyberspace.
It has been rendered by Jean-Michel Treinen and presents the Quran’s verses both in Arabic and Luxembourgish languages.
The translator who has taken the Islamic name "Yahya" as his new name, converted to Islam in 2004. He is a member of the Islamic Association of Luxembourg in Mamer and also serves as the supervisor of Ministry of Agriculture in his country.
