Closing Ceremony of Int’l Quran Competitions in Tehran
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Five international Quran competitions that had begun in Iran on Wednesday concluded in a ceremony on Sunday evening.
Winners of different categories of the contests- for men, women, visually-impaired, seminary students and school students- were awarded at the ceremony, held at the Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) with the participation of Quranic, religious and cultural figures and officials.
The five competitions were attended by Quran reciters and memorizers from 84 countries.
