Palestine Flag March Organized in Umm Al-Fahm (+Video)

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Palestinians organized a Palestine Flag March on Friday in response to Zionists’ flag march and in condemnation of the Tel Aviv regime’s aggressions.

Hundreds of Palestinians took part in the march in the city of Umm Al-Fahm, north of occupied Palestine, Arabic Post reported.

They chanted slogans against the Zionist regime and in support of the people of Jerusalem al-Quds.

It was an effort to unite Palestinians across occupied lands and revive the raising of the Palestinian flag, organizers said.

One of the organizers had told SAFA news agency before the march, “Israel has banned the Palestine flag in Lod, Ramlah, Haifa and Yafa, but we pledge to raise a large number of them in these cities.”

In 2018, an Israeli MK suggested a bill to punish anyone who lifts the Palestinian flag in occupied lands after it was flown in the center of Tel Aviv during a demonstration against the “Nation-State law”, which states that Israel does not belong to all its citizens, but is instead the “the Nation-State of the Jewish people”.

Also on Friday, the Zionist regime’s forces injured 411 Palestinians during clashes with anti-settlement protesters in the town of Beita and the nearby village of Qusra in the occupied West Bank province of Nablus.
