Born in 1901, Shahriar was a notable Iranian poet whose works have been widely translated. The museum, which was his residence for the last 20 years of his life, displays over 500 personal items, manuscripts, and memorabilia, offering insights into his life and poetry.
The house, built in the 1950s and listed as a national heritage site in 2007, includes a basement with a small pond and Shahriar's Setar.
The museum also serves as a cultural hub, preserving Shahriar's legacy and hosting literary gatherings. Visitors can explore nearby historical buildings, enhancing their cultural experience. The collection features books, walking sticks, photo albums, and a Quran scripted by Shahriar.
