Preparing Simple Iftar in Mosques in Mashhad

TEHRAN (IQNA) – In Ramadan, Muslims all over the world fast from dawn to sunset and break their fast with an ‘Iftar’ meal.

Mosques in the holy city of Mashhad, northeast Iran, like other places across the country, prepare simple Iftar meals, usually consisting of bread, cheese, dates, vegetables and soup, for those who fast during Ramadan.
