Talking to IQNA, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Sadeq Yusefi Moqaddam said that “the Islamic Republic is rooted in the Holy Quran and Quranic thoughts which not only provided a solid foundation for the Islamic Revolution but are still considered as the main factors for its development.”
Referring to IQNA’s number of languages, which is set to reach 40 in coming days, he added: “IQNA can surely play a major role in elevating the status of the Holy Book and its lofty teachings at the international level; the more extensive the role gets, the more valuable results it can bring about for the Quranic community.”
He further highlighted the significance of conducting scientific and Quranic interviews, urging IQNA to invest in different cultural and ideological debates based on reliable facts and documents that can be evaluated like academic articles.
“Such documented talks can also improve the current conditions of interviews,” he went on to say, calling for finding out about the international requirements in the Quranic sphere which are different from the existing ones in the country.
“IQNA’s incorporating a large number of languages in its news coverage can put it into more international interactions with different countries in the world; therefore, it can better convey the needs of national researchers to foster their corresponding projects more conveniently,” he further noted.
