According to Alaan newspaper, the project is implemented under the supervision of Al-Rashayidah Charity Association which has financially supported the plan.
Making various translations of the Holy Quran available for speakers of different languages is the main objective of the plan.
Abdul Aziz Al-Da’eej, deputy of the association, said that the project has been undertaken in line with the main objectives of the association to serve Muslim minorities and provide necessary requirements for strengthening their religious beliefs.
He added that implementing the plan began before the holy month of Ramadan so that all mosques in the country will be equipped with the library.
Besides translations of the Holy Quran in English, Tamil, Nepali, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali, the libraries will present books on Taharah, Nabawi Seerah and Hadith sources in these languages.
