Iraqi Qari Recites Quranic Verse about Ramadan (+Video)
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iraqi Qari Sayyed Hassanayn al-Hulw has recently recited a Quranic verse about the holy month of Ramadan and shared the video of the recitation with IQNA.
In the footage, al-Hulw, who is the Qari of the Astans of Imam Hussein (AS) and Hazrat Abbas (AS) in Karbala, recites verse 185 of Surah al-Baqara (2) “The month of Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed; a guide for the people, the most authoritative of all guidance and a criteria to discern right from wrong.”
Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar in which Muslim all around the world fast from dawn to sunset.
They also devote a considerable amount of time during this month to reading and contemplating the Quran.
