Al-Kadhimayn Shrine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Al-Kadhimiya Mosque or Al-Kadhimayn Shrine in Kadhimayn, north of Baghdad, contains the tombs of Imam Kadhim (AS) and Imam Jawad (AS), the 7th and 10th Shia Imams.
The 25th of the month of Rajab in the lunar Hijri calendar (that fell on Feb. 25 this year) marked the anniversary of Imam Kadhim’s (AS) martyrdom.
