The center has been launched by the Society for Serving the Quran and Its Sciences, also known as Huffaz, at the Al-Farooq Omar ibn Khattab Mosque,
It is aimed at providing Quran teaching to the people of the region in all age groups, according to Al-Wasat website.
Adil al-Dariban, an official with the society, said it is one of 44 Quranic centers established by the society in different parts of Kuwait.
He noted that they are teaching the Quran to more than 7,000 students.
The Quran teaching center in Ad-Dasma region holds Quranic courses for boys and girls aged 4 to 6 and 6 to 18, including Quran memorization courses, he stated.
Dariban added thay it also organizes Quranic sessions and other Quranic program for the people of the region,
