Quran Recitation by Martyred Palestinian Cameraman Samer Abu Daqqa’s Son (+Video)

IQNA – The son of Samer Abu Daqqa, a Palestinian cameraman who was recently martyred in an Israeli attack in Gaza, recited verses from the Quran in memory of his father.

Zain Abu Daqqa recited Verses 56-57 of Surah Al-Ankabut:

“O My worshipers who believe, My earth is vast, therefore worship Me! Every soul shall taste death, and to Us you shall be returned.”

Samer Abu Daqqa, a cameraman for Al Jazeera Arabic in the Gaza Strip, was hit at Farhana school in Khan Younis on Friday.

He was killed by a drone strike while reporting on the earlier bombing of the school used as a shelter for displaced people in the southern Gaza Strip.

His colleague, Al Jazeera Arabic correspondent Wael Dahdouh, who lost his wife, son, daughter and grandson in a previous Israeli bombing, was wounded in the drone attack.
