IQNA – The Wadi al-Salam Cemetery in Najaf, Iraq, is the largest cemetery in the world and an important holy site.
It is located north of the shrine of Imam Ali (AS) and covers an area of about 6 square kilometers. Wadi al-Salam is of particular importance due to its proximity to the shrine of Imam Ali (AS) and being the burial of many religious and scientific figures.
