Video: Rawda Khwani Session at New York Muslim Mayor’s Office
IQNA – A video of a Rawda Khwani session at the office of the new mayor of New York, Zohran Mamdani, has recently been released.
It is said that the program was held during Mamdani’s election campaign.
Rawda Khwani is the Shia ritual of mourning the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), the third Shia Imam (AS) and his companions in the 680 AD Battle of Karbala.
