Hamas Official Calls for More Steadfastness in Face of Challenges

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Deputy Chairman of Hamas's political bureau Ismail Haneyya called on the Palestinian people to be more steadfast and united to face the challenges arising from the turbulent times and fast-changing events at home and abroad.

 Haneyya made his remarks during a ceremony held on Saturday in Gaza City to honor 130 children for attending dawn prayers on a daily basis at Palestine Mosque, PIC reported.

He said that the dramatic changes in the Arab region would affect the Palestinian cause, which entails more Palestinian steadfastness to confront the challenges.

The Hamas official also urged the Palestinian young men to uphold the Islamic values and observe prayers at their prescribed times at mosques, affirming that no victory can be achieved over the Israeli occupation without the obedience of Almighty Allah.
