Seminary-University Joint Meeting Held in Najaf
TEHRAN (IQNA) - The 5th edition of a joint meeting of seminary and academic figures was held on May 23 and 24 in the holy city of Najaf.
According to Non news agency, the meeting was organized by Al-Ghura Institute of Islamic Teachings in cooperation with Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education.
Sheikh Ghasem Al-Hashemi, secretary general of the institute said “Hawza and University; Two Main Principles in Fighting Takfiris” was the motto of this edition of the program.
100 scientific researches investigating terrorism and extremism and methods to stop terrorist activities were presented in the meeting.
