TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Quranic government must have two features to achieve success and those are patience and the ability to foresee.

The quranic government refers to Quran-based strategies that an administrator uses to manage affairs. A Quranic governor should be equipped both with reasoning and mysticism because the Quran recognizes both of them. These two should go hand in hand in a Quranic government.

A Quranic government should have two characteristics simultaneously. Any nation and revolution will fail in absence of these features. The first one refers to one’s capability to exercise patience.

And the second one is seeing what others fail to see. One who is equipped with this can see hidden crises. This is also called futures studies and individuals can learn it. Individuals who can be put in the category of “those who are firmly rooted in knowledge” (Surah Al Imran, Verse 7) are able to see crises before they happen. “Doubts and ignorance do not attack one who is aware of his world,” Imam Sadeq (AS) said.

God Almighty told Hazrat Musa (AS) “Go thou to Pharaoh for he has indeed transgressed all bounds” (Surah Al-Nazi'at, Verse 17). At this moment, Hazrat Musa asked God to bestow him with the latter characteristic.
