The IPCC issued a statement Sunday on the occasion of Ayyam al-Beedh (the 13th, 14th, and 15th of Rajab).
“The blessed month of Rajab, filled with divine light, mercy, and blessings, along with the days of Ayyam al-Beedh (the 13th, 14th, and 15th of Rajab) and the commendable tradition of I'tikaf, provides an exceptional opportunity for drawing closer to Almighty God and purifying the soul,” the statement said.
“It is a time for worship and servitude, repentance and self-improvement, and preparing to benefit from the blessings of the sacred months of Shaaban and Ramadan. Additionally, it serves as an inspiring opportunity for constructive movements towards the advancement of the Islamic community and the strengthening of social cohesion and the spirit of solidarity.”
The IPCC congratulated the people on the auspicious occasion of Imam Ali’s (AS) birth anniversary, which falls on the 13th of Rajab, and invited the faithful and devout people of the country to participate in the spiritual ceremonies of the Ayyam al-Beedh and the rituals of Itikaf at mosques, Hosseiniyas, and sacred places.
It also urged taking part in activities like reciting the Holy Quran, conducting religious lectures, engaging in nightly prayers and supplications, performing recommended acts of worship such as fasting, and reciting Surah Al-Fath and the fourteenth supplication of Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh, as well as praying for the victory of the resistance front.
