Dozens of Israeli Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound
Settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Tuesday under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.
The al-Quds Governorate reported that dozens of settlers entered Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups through the Mughrabi Gate, carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, and performed Talmudic rituals and “epic prostrations.”

The governorate added that these incursions come amid warnings of an escalation led by so-called “Temple organizations,” in cooperation with figures in the occupation regime, aimed at imposing large-scale storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday, 15-5-2026, in a move described as dangerous and intended to impose changes to the existing historical and legal status quo inside the mosque, and to undermine its religious status.
