Promotion of Quranic Culture to Safeguard Islamic Unity

Custodian of the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdul Azim Hassani (AS) in Rey, Iran, said promotion of the Quranic culture in society will guarantee Islamic unity.

Ayatollah Mohammad Mohammadi Reyshahri made the remark on Sunday while addressing a ceremony held to honor members of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abdul Azim Hassani shrine who have learned the entire Quran by heart, IRNA reported. 
He appreciated the efforts of those who memorize the Quran and said they should know that nothing can replace the asset they have been granted by memorizing the Quran.
Ayatollah Reyshahri also underlined the need for spreading Quranic activities and training more memorizers and reciters of the Holy Quran in society.
Later in the ceremony, 33 memorizers of the entire Quran received gifts and certificates of honor.
