Disseminating the culture of chastity and Hijab in the world as well as promoting coordination and cooperation in this field between Muslim women in Iran and other countries are the main objectives of the international event.
The conference will include four categories: artworks in the categories of poetry, fiction, photographs, painting, calligraphy, animation, short films and documentaries ,music video, etc; virtual or cyber space productions including blogs ,websites, etc; scholarly or scientific works including articles, book translations, etc; and administrative and cultural projects to promote chastity and Hijab.
The themes of the conference are as follows: “family, chastity and Hijab”, “political-social efects of Hijab”, “Islamic awakening and Hijab”, “female martyrs and Hijab”, “the role of Muslim women in defining the status of chastity and Hijab”, “Hijab as a right and duty”, “the approach of Western communities to Muslim women's rights”, “the role of chastity and Hijab in modifying the crisis between the woman and family in western communities”, “active and passive definitions of modesty and Hijab”, “Hijab and increasing the joy of life”, “Hijab and civilization” and “the role of Media in relation to chastity and Hijab”.
The first edition of the conference was held in Tehran last year.
