Swahili Translation of Holy Quran Published in Tanzania

A new translation of the Holy Quran in Swahili language was published by Etrat Institute in Tanzania.
According to IQNA’s branch in Africa, Sheikh Hassan Ali Mwalupa, eminent Quran expert in East Africa, has translated the Holy Quran into Swahili language.
The translation has been edited by Abdullah Muhammad and published in 10000 copies.
The Islamic institute, based in Dar-es-Salaam, capital city of Tanzania, announced that the new translation can be used by different age groups and that it facilitates learning the Holy Quran’s verses.
In this copy, the verses come in the original Arabic on the right page with their translation in Swahili on the opposite page.
Sheikh Hassan Mwalupa has also translated a complete interpretation of the Holy Quran titled “Tafsir Kashef” by Allameh Muhammad Javad Mughniyyeh.
