The 2nd Conference of OIC Labor Ministers Finished in Baku
The 2nd Conference of Labor Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) finished in Baku on Friday.
At the meeting the ministers unanimously adopted by Baku Framework Document on Labor and Employment Issues, Baku Declaration and the Resolution on Cooperation in the Field of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of Azerbaijan stated.
The documents provide for the reduction of unemployment in OIC member states, increasing its competitiveness to the international standards of labor force, as well as its return level, elimination of the disparity between the labor market and the education system, labor protection, prevention of illegal employment cases and long-term cooperation priorities in other areas.
Also, creation of a new organization adopted on Friday after a meeting of the Ministers of Labor and Social Security of the OIC member countries.
