Quranic, Religious Titles Top List of Books Presented at Tehran Int’l Book Fair
Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said Quranic and religious books are on top of the list of books presented at Tehran International Book Fair.
Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini made the remark on Friday in an interview with Quran TV, adding that the country’s publishers have put a lot of efforts into publishing books in such fields as Quran translation, interpretation, Quranic concepts, etc.
He said the international book fair, which is underway at Tehran’s Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla until May 11, is an exceptional cultural event in the region and in the world in terms of the number of visitors and the diversity of the books especially in Quranic and religious fields.
Dr Hosseini noted that publications that exclusively publish Quranic and religious books have an active presence in the book fair.
“As well as books, the visitors can benefit from other Quranic and religious products such as software, etc.”
He also said that the foreign publishers attending the book fair have presented good religious works.
