Quranic Lifestyle of Muslim Countries to Be Discussed in Int’l Quran Exhibition

The Quranic lifestyle in different Muslim countries will be explained in the 21st Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition.
This is according to Hossein Assadi, director of the exhibition’s culture of nations section, who told IQNA that discussing Quranic lifestyle will be among the main events in this section.
He noted that the culture of nations section has been merged with the international section in this year’s expo.
“The World Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) Assembly and the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought (WFPIST)will cooperate with this section for holding its programs in the best manner.”
Assadi said so far 20 countries have been invited to attend the exhibition and that the number is expected to rise to 30.
He referred to Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Georgia, Tanzania, Congo, Sudan, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, India, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Brazil, Chile and Argentina as some of the counties to attend the exhibition.
As well as cultural products, there will be specialized works on display in this section, in fields such as Quran and Etrat, Islamic unity, Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), Islamic proximity, etc, he stated.
The official noted that these works have been provided to the exhibition by different bodies and organizations such as the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Al-Mustafa International University, the WFPIST, and World Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) Assembly.
Assadi went on to say that the international section will start its activities from the first day of the exhibition but some of programs such as “Quranic Lifestyle in International Arena” will be held on different days with the participation of foreign guests.
The 21st International Holy Quran Exhibition is slated to be opened in Tehran’s Imam Khomeini (RA) Mosalla (prayer hall) on Thursday, July 4. It will be running for a month.
