Head of Egypt’s Al-Dastour Party Mohammed El-Baradei said the heinous killings of four Shia Muslims by Salafis were the result of President Mohamed Morsi’ policy of appeasing the radical groups.
According to leprogresegyptien website, El-Baradei condemned the terrible crime that happened in a village in Giza province on Sunday.
He said such crimes were the outcomes of radical speeches that are on the rise in Egypt.
These speeches are delivered openly and sometimes with direct support from the government and Morsi himself, El-Baradei said.
Mohamed Ghanim, an Egyptian Shia activist had previously noted that the Muslim Brotherhood group, which is in power in Egypt, pays no attention to the security of Shia Muslims and tries only to keep its Salafi comrades content.
