Egyptian Qari, Top Participant on 1st Night of Al-Kowsar TV Quran Competition
On the first night of the sixth edition of the Quranic Competition “Innal Mutaqina Mufaza”, an Egyptian reciter came first.
The phone-in competition is annually held on Al-Kowsar TV Network with the participation of reciters from different countries.
On the first night of the contest, representatives of over 20 countries phoned in to recite verses from the Holy Quran.
Their recitation was broadcast live on Al-Kowsar TV. Mahmoud Mohammad Al-Saeedi came first on the first time.
The five top winners of the first stage will compete with one another on the night before Eid-al-Fitr.
