This is according to Kimia Dehqannejad, a female Quran reciter from Iran’s western province of Lorestan, who won a title in a recent Quran competition for police family members.
She came second in the category of Quran recitation in the contest that was held in Mashhad.
“In my opinion, the more we talk about the benefits of reading the Quran and its positive effects and blessings for others, the more they will be drawn to it. Additionally, Quranic activists should inspire interest in the Quran through good behavior and proper ethics, as nothing influences others quite like good conduct,” she told IQNA.
Dehqannejad said if a Quran teacher demonstrates patience and good character, the Quran student will be attracted to learning.
“Conversely, if the student is dissatisfied with the teacher’s character and behavior, it will negatively impact them, leading to a disinterest in attending Quran classes.”
By encouraging Quranic activists, especially in schools and universities, other students can be motivated and encouraged to learn the Quran, she noted.
