Quran Competition for IRGC Ground Force Slated for November 23
The 32nd edition of the Quran competition for the ground force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps will be held on November 23.
300 ground force personnel who have qualified for the final stage will compete in the categories of the memorization (at six levels), Tahqiq recitation and Tarteel recitation of the Holy Quran as well as Adhan (call to prayers).
The 12th edition of the Quran competition for the women personnel of the force will also be held on the same day.
The preliminary stage of the contest was previously held with the participation of more than 2000 personnel.
The headquarters of the IRGC Ground Force in Tehran will host the final stage of the Quranic competition.
