Omran Ahed Zoabi said Riyadh and Tel Aviv were to blame for the explosions outside the Iranian Embassy in the Lebanese capital, Al-Ahd website reported.
He added that certain countries in the region including Sudi Arabia, Arab states of the Persian Gulf and Israel seek spread of terrorism in the region.
“What happened in Beirut today was a preplanned act of terrorism behind which are some Arab and Western sides,” he added.
Nearly two dozen people were killed and over 140 others injured in two bomb explosions outside the Iranian Embassy in Beirut on Tuesday morning.
The first explosion occurred when a bomber blew his explosives near the gate of the embassy, and the second blast happened just meters away when a car bomb went off, according to Press TV.
