Dialogue Urged for Proximity of Divine Faiths

Deputy Chief of the Judiciary said interfaith dialogue is the best way for proximity of Divine faiths.

Addressing the conference on “Status of Divine Faiths in Legal Systems”, Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi said there are common principles in Divine faiths.

He added that Divine faiths are rooted in the Fitrat (human nature), self-awareness, seeking the truth and seeking justice.

Hojat-ol-Islam Raeisi further said that the conduct of some cults that have been made up in the name of religions be counted the same as that of Divine religions,

He referred to Zionism, Bahaism and Takfiri Salafism as some of these groups made up in the name of Judaism, Shia Islam and Sunni Islam.

Elsewhere in his remarks, Hojat-ol-Islam Raeisi noted that religious minorities in Iran enjoy all of their social, political and religious rights.

The conference on “Status of Divine Faiths in Legal Systems” was held on Saturday, December 14, at Allameh Amini Hall in the University of Tehran.
