A plan to disseminate culture of the Holy Quran based on Hadiths by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) is being implemented on the roads leading to the holy city of Karbala.

According to Sotaliraq website, the plan is underway by the Dar-ol-Quran of Imam Hussein’s (AS) holy shrine on the occasion of Arbaeen (40 days after Ashura).

Ammar Al-Khazayi, in charge of the information office of the Dar-ol-Quran, said that the plan titled “La Tahjur-ol-Quran” is being implemented for the third year among pilgrims of the holy shrine walking to Karbala.

He added that various Quranic posters have been distributed and installed at different bases of the Dar-ol-Quran at the holy city’s entrances from the sides of Baghdad, Babel and the holy city of Najaf.

Al-Khazayi said that the posters along with some other Quranic works have been distributed among the pilgrims and karavans clarifying a number of Hadiths by the holy prophet (PBUH) and Ahl-ul- Bayt (AS) about the Holy Quran.

He noted that promoting Quranic culture at the society and disseminating the importance of having recourse to the Divine Book are among the objectives of the plan.
