Forum in Dubai Discusses Imam Hussein’s (AS) Thoughts

A forum on Imam Hussein’s (AS) thoughts was held by the Iranian Cultural Center in the UAE.




According to IQNA’s ranch in West Asia, the program was organized in cooperation with Islamic Azad University, Payam-e Noor and Shiraz University.



Iranian Club in Dubai hosted the forum with the participation of Seyyed Mohammad Hussein Hashemi, Iranian cultural attaché in the UAE, Iranian lecturers and students, Hojat-ol-Islam Madani, representative of the Supreme Leader, Kahzadin charge of Iranian cultural center in Dubai and some other Iranian officials in this country.



Speaking at the program, the Iranian cultural attaché said that Imam Hussein’s (AS) uprising in the year 61 A.H. was full of glorious scenes which have not been forgotten after 14 years and it is of a great status with those seeking justice.



“Social influences of Imam Hussein’s (AS) uprising” by Zahra Firuzabadi, “Imam Hussein (AS) in view of intellectuals of the world” by Seyyed Hussein Maghamzadeh, “difference between Imam Hussein’s (AS) uprising and other uprisings” by Arash Tavakkoli, “the reason of importance and the characteristics of Imam Hussein’s (AS) martyrdom” by Navid Mehrafsar, “the status of women in the uprising and the continuation of the Hoseini movement” by Zahra najafi and “the role of the teenagers and the youth in Imam Hussein’s (AS) uprising” by Mohammad Tahmasbi were the papers presented at the forum.
