Mohammad Zarqam told Fars News agency that the data bank would elevate Quranic activities in the country and help the organization to better hold Quranic programs.
He said with such a data bank the process of registration for Quranic courses and programs would also be facilitated and there would no longer be a need for the applicants to send the required documents via mail.
According to the official, the organization will issue Quranic education certificates electronically once the data bank gets operational.
He went on to say that the Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization aims to take a step toward coordinating Quranic education programs by introducing the data bank of the country’s Quran learners.
