Reliance on Principles & Values, Secret to Islamic Establishment’s Stability
Ayatollah Khamenei made the statement on Saturday, while addressing a number of commanders and personnel of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Air Force.
The Air Force commanders and personnel convened to renew their military allegiance with the Islamic Revolution Leader on the eighth day of a ten-day national celebration in commemoration of the Islamic Revolution triumph, February 1979.
The ceremony is staged annually to mark a historical allegiance the Iranian Air Force made with the demised founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini on February 8, 1979.
Ayatollah Khamenei underlined that tactics may change but principles should be followed closely.
His Eminence also underlined that the Islamic Republic relies on the faith, kindness and will of the Iranian nation.
The Supreme Leader stressed that the nation will show its national power on Tuesday, February 11, which marks the anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory.
Elsewhere in his statements, Ayatollah Khamenei said some meddling powers seek to make the country’s people believe that their independence and progress do not go together.
His Eminence also criticized the insolent remarks recently made by US officials.
