Iran to Attend Quranic Studies Conference in Jakarta

A scientific conference titled “Implementation of Quranic Values, A Path toward Conducting Quranic Research” is set to be held in Indonesia’s capital of Jakarta on February 15.

 It will be organized by the Sharif Hidayatullah University, Al-Yawm Al-Sabi daily reported.

The Islamic Republic of Iran will be among the countries set to take part in the international event.
Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Saudi Arabia and Egypt will also have representatives in the conference.
Interpretation of the Quran will be one of the themes of discussion in the international scientific event.
According to the report, the Society of Al-Azhar University Alumni will cooperate in organizing the conference.
