Governor of Volgograd Region Thanks Muslims for Helping Victims of Terrorist Attacks

The Governor of Volgograd Region Sergey Bazhenov thanked the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan and Mufti-Kamil Hazrat Samigullin on behalf of the residents of Volgograd, for the assistance provided to the families of those killed and injured during the suicide attacks in Volgograd in 2013.

It is said in the letter of the governor that the incoming funds in Volgograd Charitable Fund of social support are used to support the affected people.
The Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan donated one million rubles to families of victims of the terroristic attack on December 29 in Volgograd.
"Muslims have not remain indifferent in such cases; our religion encourages us to help people in distress. In connection with this, we decided to donate one million rubles to the families of victims of terrorist acts in Volgograd" said mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Hazrat Samigullin.
