The Governor of Volgograd Region Sergey Bazhenov thanked the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Tatarstan and Mufti-Kamil Hazrat Samigullin on behalf of the residents of Volgograd , for the assistance provided to the families of those killed and injured during the suicide attacks in Volgograd in 2013.
