Quran Memorizers Honored in Yemen

175 memorizers of the Holy Quran were honored in a ceremony in Yemen.

The ceremony was held Saturday on the sidelines of Yemen’s 13th Quranic festival, Aden Al-Qad newspaper reported.
Organized by the Al-Raed Charity Institute, the festival aimed to encourage the youth to have an active presence in Quranic fields.
It was also aimed at strengthening religious insight among the youth in the Arab country.
Al-Raed institute was founded in the city of Yarim in 2009 as a charity organization.
It carries out various Quranic activities in different parts of the country and also implements charity programs to help the needy and orphans.
