The 4-day Symposium will present several areas including the terminology, concepts and equality on the doctrinal and Fiqh sides, Justice Fiqh, Human Rights Fiqh, Human Mutualness Fiqh at the scholars of Islam and Islamic Politics and a Comparison of Islamic Jurisprudence and World Jurisprudence Heritage.
68 working papers will be presented in the symposium dealing with several themes, including Quranic Values in Jurisprudence and its origins, Justice and Mercy, Doctrinal Implications and Equality in
International Treaties from the Perspective of Islam, Justice Institutions in Islam and the Rights of the Child in the Holy Quran, and Human Rights.
A number of ministers of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, Muftis of some Arab and Islamic countries and a number of scholars and thinkers will participate in the Symposium.
