According to Al-Jaridah Newspaper, the course will begin at the Grand Mosque of Kuwait on April 20.
Marzuq Al-Hait, director of the office, said that the course has been planned in line with “Al-Itqan” Quranic project of the office which aims at promoting the skills of memorizers of the Holy Quran’s verses.
He added that the course is the second program of this project in which a large number of Quran activists of the country are expected to participate.
It will be held for two weeks and the participants will be instructed Tajweed principles in the first week of the course.
Those who can pass Tajweed examination successfully will qualify to attend the second week of the course to learn Waqf and Ibtida principles.
The Quranic program will continue until April 30.
Top participants will be awarded and granted certificates by the office.
