“Muslim Youth Day” to Be Held in France
According to tawhid.fr, “the youth and Islamic education” is the theme of this edition of the program to be organized at Tawhid Center of the city.
Education in Quran, to be Muslim in 2014 and the role of the youth in social and cultural activities will also be investigated in the day.
Participants at the program can also compete in Quran memorization and recitation contest, Islamic games as well as sport and mind games to be organized by the center.
A number of Islamic books, photos of Muslims’ life in France and photos of mosques attacked by extremist rightists and enemies of Islam will be put on display in an exhibition on the day.
Speeches by Muslim intellectuals about the role of the youth in eliminating Islamophobia and how to fight religious extremism are the other parts of the one-day program.
