Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati made the remark on Monday in a meeting held Monday featuring the scientific forums planned to be held at the exhibition.
He said it is the approach of the Culture Ministry and the Supreme Cultural Revolution Council to promote the scientific dimension of the Quran.
Hojat-ol-Islam Heshmati thanked the scientific committee of the expo for planning the scientific forums and hoped that they will be effective in demonstrating the grand scientific aspects of the Holy Book.
Mohammad Reza Moini, head of the scientific committee, in this meeting elaborated on the preparations for the expo's scientific forums and said 99 forums have been planned to be organized during the 20-day event.
He added that some 20 percent of the forums will have an educational approach while the focus of the rest will be research.
The 22nd Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition will be held from June 24 to July 13 at the Holy Defense Garden-Museum.
The grand Quranic expo will be open to visitors every night from 7 P.M. till midnight.
